Free · No credit check · 90 seconds
Eight questions, about ninety seconds, no numbers to look up. You will see what a lender would focus on in your situation, what could change the answer, and what I cannot tell without looking properly. Nothing is sent to me unless you choose to send it, and if you do, I will come back to you within a business day.
BEFORE YOU APPLY
How your deposit is made up
Savings, a gift, equity, or a mix. Lenders read each one differently, and some want to see it held for a period first.
How long you have been in your job
Some lenders will consider you inside a probation period. Others will not. Starting a role can change who will look at you.
The credit card you never use
The limit counts against you even when the balance is nil. Reducing or closing it takes time to work through.
How your last tax return reads
Written to manage tax, read by a lender to work out capacity. Once it is lodged, it is lodged.
How your current loan is structured
Whether it lets you do the next thing, or quietly makes the next purchase harder than it needed to be.
Which scheme thresholds you sit under
Price caps and concession thresholds are hard lines. A few thousand either side changes what is available.
None of it is fixable in the week before you make an offer. All of it is fixable with a bit of notice.

HOW I WORK
You deal with me the whole way through. If something needs attention, you will hear it from me early, while there is still time to do something about it.
I have seen home lending from several sides: inside a major Australian bank, in superannuation and investments, as an investor, as a borrower going through a construction build, and now doing this for clients.
